At Landmark MedStore Pharmacy, we care about your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Can I Return My Order?

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of all medications we provide.


2. Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • The wrong medication
  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by visiting our Contact .

Include your order number, a photo (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly, including a replacement or refund if eligible.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product was not delivered
  • Product was cancelled before dispatch
  • Order was incorrect and verified by our support team

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
